We implement and oversee retirement plans for small and large businesses. By providing the right plans for your business, we meet with employees to create an individualized plan to meet their investment goals and objectives. Types of retirement plans include:

Simple IRA: is a type of tax-deferred employer-provided retirement plan in the United States that allows employees to set aside money and invest it to grow for retirement.

SEP IRA: A simplified employee pension (SEP) is a retirement plan that an employer or self-employed individuals can establish. The employer is allowed a tax deduction for contributions made to the SEP plan and makes contributions to each eligible employee's SEP IRA on a discretionary basis.

Individual/Solo 401(k):  also known as the solo k, or uni-k - works much the same as traditional 401(k) plans offered by large companies, as well as SEP IRA designed for the self-employed. Unlike other retirement plans, though, an individual 401(k) is strictly for sole proprietors who have no employees (although your spouse may contribute if he or she earns income from your business). One other point: Unlike SEP IRAs, solo 401(k)s allow you to borrow against your savings.

401(k): is a defined contribution plan where an employee can make contributions from his or her paycheck either before or after-tax, depending on the options offered in the plan. The contributions go into a 401(k) account, with the employee often choosing the investments based on options provided under the plan.

403(b): a retirement plan for specific employees of public schools, tax-exempt organizations and certain ministers. These plans can invest in either annuities or mutual funds. A 403(b) plan is another name for a tax-sheltered annuity (TSA) plan.

457 Plan: The 457 plan is a type of nonqualified, tax advantaged deferred-compensation retirement plan that is available for governmental and certain non-governmental employers in the United States. The employer provides the plan and the employee defers compensation into it on a pre-tax basis.

Defined contribution plan: A defined-contribution plan is a retirement plan in which a certain amount or percentage of money is set aside each year by a company for the benefit of each of its employees. The defined-contribution plan places restrictions that control when and how each employee can withdraw these funds without penalties
