Administrative and Marketing Assistant

Katrina is the resident technology expert taking the lead administrative role that assures office operations run efficiently, and client communications are timely and up to date. Katrina handles clients  incoming requests, scheduling and website maintenance. Her most recent experience is based on customer service management, however, she uses her education in graphic design to bring exceptional client service skills and creative innovation to her new position.

Originally from Middlebury, Vermont, Katrina received her bachelor’s degree at SNHU, then relocated to Maine in 2015. She enjoys being with friends and family and can be found using her creative juices in her spare time.
